A stinging nettle infusion is an herbal tonic with numerous health benefits. A nettle (Urtica dioica) infusion can provide nearly every essential mineral and vitamin, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, and Vitamins A, C, D, K, B-complex.* It is prepared like a tea, although it needs to be steeped in hot (or cold) water for at least 4 hours to allow for minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, and flavor to properly extract from the nettle leaves.

Drink 16 oz or more daily, for at least a month, and see how you feel

NETTLE INFUSION RECIPE:

The recipe to make a nettle infusion is very simple. Place a large handful (about 1.5 - 2 cups) in a half gallon (64 oz) mason jar and fill with almost boiling hot water. Cover, focus your intention/prayer/wish, and steep on the counter for 4 hours, to overnight. Strain by squeezing the nettles, and place infusion in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Can be enjoyed cold (or warm), sweetened or unsweetened.

Regenerative (organic plus more) nettles, leaf and stem (Urtica dioica).

Part of my daily routine

I have been drinking Tasha's nettles for a few years now. I steep them each week and use it as the liquid in my smoothie with protein and maca powder. The nettles help with my overall feeling of wellness, digestion and I love the the taste. The taste of Tasha's nettles is far superior to others I have tried. In the winter or when I'm sick, I drink them as a tea. One bag lasts such a long time. I'll be a forever customer!

My favorite nighttime tea!

Love nettles tea for the many reasons it nourishes our bodies. I started to enjoy nettles 3 years ago when I was pregnant and it became part of my daily routine. Now I drink it nightly before bed and love how much it nourishes my body. The quality Tasha Rose provides is superior to others. I highly recommend!

It just works

I can't get over how much better I feel on the days I drink this. 22 weeks pregnant right now, hot days in Southern California, and this infusion is so refreshing and energizing. About time to restock!

Nettles Love

I’ve only recently started drinking nettles tea and so far i’m really enjoying it! I recently gave up caffeine and it’s a lovely replacement and excited to see the more benefits it may bring. But even so early on, I recommend.

Nettle

I have been drinking 16 oz of the nettle dilutions for about 3 to 4 weeks. It feels nourishing to drink. Since I have been drinking the nettle I notice a reduction in PMS symptoms, specifically no more clotting, cramps, or negative feelings. I am 47 years old and also have autoimmune disorders that are in remission. I will be curious how it helps with digestion. Thank you so much.
