My bottle arrived broken, what now?
Oh no! We do everything we can to ensure your bottles arrive intact, but sometimes this happens. Email support@tasharose.com within two days of receiving your order, include photos of the damaged item(s) and we will replace them free of charge.
Do you accept returns?
No, due to most products being temperature sensitive there are no returns.
If you are unhappy with any product please email support@tasharose.com and we will make it right.
