When will I receive my order?

Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped you can expect to receive your order within 1-6 business days depending on your chosen shipping method.

Is there tracking with my order?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships with your tracking information.

What is the cost of shipping?

Orders over $85 ship free. Orders under $85 cost $5 to ship.

How can I change my shipping address?

Once your order is processed the shipping address cannot be changed. Please email support@tasharose.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.

Help, tracking says my order has been delivered, but it hasn't. What do I do?

       This has happened before and nearly always your order will arrive in a few days. If it isn't in your hands within a week of when it says it was delivered, email support@tasharose.com and we will make it right.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Yes!

Do you ship outside the United States?
