Shipping Policy

When will I receive my order?

Your order will ship in 1-3 business days from when you place it. Once shipped, typically you will receive your order in 1-6 business days. That said, once we hand it off to USPS or UPS, mistakes do happen and sometimes it may take up to two weeks to arrive. You can always email us with your order number (support@tasharose.com) if your order is taking longer than expected to arrive.

Is there tracking with my order?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order ships with your tracking information.

What is the cost of shipping?

Orders $100+ ship free. Orders under $100 cost $5 to ship.

How can I change my shipping address?

Once your order is processed the shipping address cannot be changed. Please email support@tasharose.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.

Help, tracking says my order has been delivered, but it hasn't. What do I do?

       This has happened before and nearly always your order will arrive in a few days. If it isn't in your hands within a week of when it says it was delivered, email support@tasharose.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?

Yes!

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not currently.
